With already 14 dates confirmed in the US and two cities in Canada, Live Nation is set to tour “Asia on Tour”, showcasing a multi-band tour series of new wave Asian artists including Miyavi (Japan), Slot Machine (Thailand), and Kiha & The Faces (Korea).
These bands, who collectively have more 4 million likes on Facebook and over 60 million individual YouTube views, will be touring across North America including Vancouver, San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York and Toronto.
The first concert will kick off on 1 April and tickets are already on sale at Ticket Master. Live Nation will be documenting their adventures on tour, including rehearsals, backstage interviews and fans-artists meet ups.
Slot Machine has recently released their first full English album – Spin The World – produced by Grammy-winner, Steve Lillywhite and have performed at major music festivals in Asia including Fuji Rock (Japan) and Clockenflap (Hong Kong).
Kiha & The Faces became an overnight sensation when they debuted their single Cheap Coffee in 2008. Their eclectic sound is a combination of various genres including psychedelic, folk, funk, electronic, rock and blues.
Miyavi has made a name for himself after starting his career 15 years ago and has been seen endorsing and featured by brands like Beats by Dre, Piaget and Uniqlo.
